Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment:

To secure your spot at our sewing retreat, a non-refundable payment in full is required upon confirmation.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer - details will be provided on confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

In the event of participant cancellation, payment will be non-refundable but will be transferable to another date or they may transfer their spot to another individual with prior written approval from us.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available retreat.

Changes and Alterations:

We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, schedule, instructors, or location if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes before the retreat commencement.

Liability and Insurance:

Participants are required to have personal travel and health insurance coverage during the retreat. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the retreat.
Participants agree to release Sewin’ Love, its organisers, instructors, and associated personnel from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat.

Health and Safety:

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions during the registration process.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to engage in sewing and other activities during the retreat.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, instructors, and staff.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat without refund.

Photography and Media:

We may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the retreat, participants grant us permission to use such media for marketing and promotional materials. If you do not want your image to be used for such purposes, please inform us ahead of the retreat.

Data Protection:

Participants' personal information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share personal details with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemic, or government regulations.

By submitting the booking form, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Participant Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled in the sewing retreat hosted by Sewin’ Love. In consideration of being permitted to participate in this sewing retreat, I agree to the following terms:

• I am aware that participating in sewing activities and any other optional activities offered on the retreat involves certain inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the retreat.

• I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from engaging in activities during the retreat. I will immediately inform the organisers of any changes in my health that may affect my participation.

• I grant Sewin’ Love the right to capture and use photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.

• I understand and agree to comply with the code of conduct set forth by Sewin’ Love and will conduct myself in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, instructors, and staff.

• I acknowledge that Sewin’ Love, its organisers, instructors, and associated personnel shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the retreat.

• I have read and understood the terms and conditions provided by Sewin’ Love , and I agree to be bound by them.
